1. Xizmat

Aimaa Chat biznesga Instagram izohlari va shaxsiy xabarlariga javoblarni avtomatlashtirish, yozishmalarni umumiy inboksda boshqarish va, xohlasa, o‘zi yozgan bilim bazasi asosida sun’iy intellekt yordamida javob berish imkonini beradi. Xizmatni «AIMAA» MCHJ (STIR 311 592 635; Farg‘ona viloyati, Qo‘qon shahri, Rayxon MFY, A.T. Xukandiy mavzesi, 96A-uy) boshqaradi. Ro‘yxatdan o‘tib yoki xizmatdan foydalanib, siz ushbu shartlarga rozilik bildirasiz.

2. Hisobingiz

• Siz kamida 18 yoshda bo‘lishingiz va biznes nomidan harakat qilish huquqiga ega bo‘lishingiz kerak.
• Kirish ma’lumotlaringizni sir saqlang. Ish maydoningizda siz va jamoangiz bajargan harakatlar uchun siz javobgarsiz.

3. Instagram

• Faqat o‘zingizga tegishli yoki boshqarish huquqingiz bor professional Instagram hisoblarini ulashingiz mumkin.
• Instagram’dan Aimaa Chat orqali foydalanish Meta shartlari, Instagram hamjamiyat qoidalari va Meta platforma siyosatiga ham bo‘ysunadi.
• Xabar yuborish qoidalarini (24 soatlik oyna, har bir izohga bitta shaxsiy javob) Meta belgilaydi va biz ularga rioya qilamiz. Meta o‘z API’sini o‘zgartirsa yoki cheklasa, xizmat imkoniyatlari ham o‘zgarishi mumkin.

4. Ruxsat etilmagan foydalanish

Quyidagilar taqiqlanadi: spam va so‘ralmagan ommaviy xabarlar; qonunga zid yoki aldovchi tovar, xizmat va kontent; boshqa shaxs yoki biznes nomidan chiqish; odamlar rozi bo‘lmagan maqsadlarda ularning ma’lumotlarini yig‘ish; xizmatni buzish yoki haddan tashqari yuklashga urinish.

5. AI javoblari

Bilim bazasini siz yozasiz va uning to‘g‘riligi uchun siz javobgarsiz. Sun’iy intellekt faqat bilim bazangizdan javob berishga va ishonchi komil bo‘lmaganda suhbatni odamga topshirishga sozlangan, ammo u xato qilishi mumkin — yozishmalarni muntazam ko‘rib turing. Sizning kontentingiz asosida AI javoblarida berilgan va’dalar uchun biz javobgar emasmiz.

6. Tariflar va to‘lov

• Bepul tarif va limitlari aimaachat.uz saytida ko‘rsatilgan pullik tariflar mavjud. Narxlar so‘mda.
• Har bir Instagram hisobi bir marta 14 kunlik Pro sinov muddatini oladi. Sinov to‘lovsiz tugasa, ish maydoni Bepul tarifga o‘tadi.
• Pullik tarif tanlangan muddatga yangilanadi. Istalgan vaqtda bekor qilishingiz mumkin; tarif to‘langan muddat oxirigacha amal qiladi. Qonunda nazarda tutilgan hollardan tashqari, boshlangan muddat uchun to‘lov qaytarilmaydi.

7. Sizning kontentingiz

Kontentingiz va yozishmalaringiz sizga tegishli. Siz bizga ularni faqat xizmatni ko‘rsatish uchun qayta ishlashga ruxsat berasiz. Ma’lumotlar bilan qanday ishlashimiz Maxfiylik siyosatida yozilgan.

8. Xizmat mavjudligi

Xizmat uzluksiz ishlashi uchun harakat qilamiz, ammo u «boricha» taqdim etiladi. Uzilishlar bo‘lishi mumkin, jumladan Meta yoki AI provayderlari tomonidagi sabablarga ko‘ra.

9. To‘xtatish va yopish

Ushbu shartlar yoki Meta qoidalarini buzgan hisoblarni to‘xtatib qo‘yishimiz mumkin. Siz hisobingizni istalgan vaqtda yopishingiz mumkin — Ma’lumotlarni o‘chirish sahifasiga qarang.

10. Javobgarlik

Qonun ruxsat bergan darajada umumiy javobgarligimiz so‘nggi 3 oyda siz to‘lagan summa bilan cheklanadi. Biz bilvosita zararlar va boy berilgan foyda uchun javobgar emasmiz.

11. Qo‘llaniladigan qonun

Ushbu shartlarga O‘zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligi qo‘llaniladi. Nizolar avval muzokara yo‘li bilan, kelishilmasa — O‘zbekiston sudlarida hal qilinadi.

12. O‘zgarishlar va aloqa

1. Сервис

Aimaa Chat позволяет бизнесу автоматизировать ответы на комментарии и личные сообщения в Instagram, вести переписку в общих входящих и, по желанию, отвечать с помощью ИИ на основе собственной базы знаний. Сервисом управляет ООО «AIMAA» («AIMAA» MCHJ, ИНН 311 592 635; Ферганская область, г. Коканд, МСГ «Райхон», массив А.Т. Хукандий, дом 96А). Регистрируясь или пользуясь сервисом, вы соглашаетесь с этими условиями.

2. Ваш аккаунт

• Вам должно быть не меньше 18 лет, и у вас должно быть право действовать от имени бизнеса.
• Храните данные для входа в тайне. Вы отвечаете за действия, совершённые вами и вашей командой в вашем рабочем пространстве.

3. Instagram

• Подключать можно только профессиональные аккаунты Instagram, которые принадлежат вам или которыми вы вправе управлять.
• Использование Instagram через Aimaa Chat также регулируется условиями Meta, правилами сообщества Instagram и политикой платформы Meta.
• Правила отправки сообщений (24-часовое окно, один личный ответ на комментарий) устанавливает Meta, и мы их соблюдаем. Если Meta изменит или ограничит свой API, возможности сервиса тоже могут измениться.

4. Недопустимое использование

Запрещено: спам и незапрошенные массовые рассылки; незаконные или вводящие в заблуждение товары, услуги и материалы; выдавать себя за другого человека или бизнес; собирать данные людей в целях, на которые они не соглашались; пытаться взломать или перегрузить сервис.

5. Ответы ИИ

Базу знаний пишете вы, и вы отвечаете за её точность. ИИ настроен отвечать только по вашей базе знаний и передавать разговор человеку, когда не уверен, но он может ошибаться — регулярно просматривайте переписку. Мы не отвечаем за обещания, данные в ответах ИИ на основе вашего контента.

6. Тарифы и оплата

• Есть бесплатный тариф и платные тарифы с лимитами, указанными на aimaachat.uz. Цены — в сумах.
• Каждый аккаунт Instagram один раз получает 14-дневный пробный период тарифа Pro. Если пробный период закончился без оплаты, рабочее пространство переходит на бесплатный тариф.
• Платный тариф продлевается на выбранный срок. Отменить можно в любой момент; тариф действует до конца оплаченного периода. Кроме случаев, предусмотренных законом, оплата за начатый период не возвращается.

7. Ваш контент

Ваш контент и переписка принадлежат вам. Вы разрешаете нам обрабатывать их только для работы сервиса. Как мы обращаемся с данными, описано в Политике конфиденциальности.

8. Доступность

Мы стремимся к бесперебойной работе, но сервис предоставляется «как есть». Возможны перерывы, в том числе по причинам на стороне Meta или поставщиков ИИ.

9. Приостановка и закрытие

Мы можем приостановить аккаунт, нарушающий эти условия или правила Meta. Вы можете закрыть аккаунт в любой момент — см. страницу «Удаление данных».

10. Ответственность

В пределах, допускаемых законом, наша совокупная ответственность ограничена суммой, которую вы заплатили за последние 3 месяца. Мы не отвечаем за косвенные убытки и упущенную выгоду.

11. Применимое право

К этим условиям применяется законодательство Республики Узбекистан. Споры решаются сначала путём переговоров, а при недостижении согласия — в судах Узбекистана.

Terms of Service

1. The service

Aimaa Chat lets a business automate replies to Instagram comments and direct messages, manage conversations in a shared inbox and, optionally, answer with AI from a knowledge base it writes. It is operated by “AIMAA” MChJ, a limited liability company (taxpayer ID (STIR) 311 592 635; 96A A.T. Xukandiy, Rayxon MFY, Qo‘qon, Fergana Region, Uzbekistan). By signing up or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and authorised to act on behalf of the business.
• Keep your login details secret. You are responsible for what you and your team do in your workspace.

3. Instagram

• You may connect only Instagram professional accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
• Using Instagram through Aimaa Chat is also subject to Meta’s terms, the Instagram Community Guidelines and Meta’s Platform Policy.
• Messaging rules (the 24-hour window, one private reply per comment) are set by Meta and we follow them. If Meta changes or limits its API, the service’s features may change too.

4. Acceptable use

You may not: send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; offer illegal or deceptive goods, services or content; impersonate another person or business; collect people’s data for purposes they did not agree to; or try to break or overload the service.

5. AI replies

You write the knowledge base and you are responsible for its accuracy. The AI is instructed to answer only from your knowledge base and to hand the conversation to a person when unsure, but it can make mistakes — review conversations regularly. We are not liable for commitments made in AI replies based on your content.

6. Plans and payment

• There is a free plan and paid plans with the limits shown on aimaachat.uz. Prices are in Uzbek so‘m.
• Each Instagram account receives a 14-day Pro trial once. If the trial ends without payment, the workspace moves to the free plan.
• Paid plans renew for the period you chose. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payment for a period already started is not refunded.

7. Your content

You own your content and conversations. You permit us to process them only to provide the service. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service running without interruption, but it is provided “as is”. Interruptions can happen, including for reasons on Meta’s or the AI providers’ side.

9. Suspension and closing

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or Meta’s rules. You can close your account at any time — see Data deletion.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are settled first by negotiation and, failing that, in the courts of Uzbekistan.

12. Changes and contact
